Free Shipping & Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 within the U.S. (5-15 business days).
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $35 (5-15 business days).
  • Express Shipping is available for an additional fee (2-4 business days) – please note, express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the checkout page for accurate international shipping costs.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days before shipping.
  • For pre-order items, shipping may take longer depending on the manufacturer’s schedule. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Holiday Shipping Information

  • During peak seasons like holidays, please note that processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • To ensure delivery by a specific date (such as Christmas or other holidays), please place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
  • We will post any updates about special holiday shipping deadlines or potential delays on our website and via email.

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Shipments to international destinations may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs duties or import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and will need to be paid upon receipt of your package.
  • Please be aware that if you refuse to accept a parcel due to customs charges or taxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, handling fees, and any customs charges associated with the return.
  • We cannot declare items as gifts or reduce the value for customs purposes, in accordance with international regulations.

  • Some remote locations or regions may experience longer shipping times. If you're located in an area with limited delivery services (e.g., certain U.S. territories, islands, or remote locations), we may require you to pick up your package at a local postal office.
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address information, including missing unit numbers or street details.

Packaging & Environmental Considerations

  • We are committed to eco-friendly packaging. To reduce waste, we try to combine multiple items into a single package when possible. This may result in a slightly longer processing time, particularly for orders with more than 5 items.
  • We encourage customers to recycle the packaging upon receipt.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Providing incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or additional fees.
  • If you realize that there is an error with your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@peargirly.com with your order number and correct details. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Returns: You can initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge before it’s processed. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). For international returns, shipping fees and customs charges will also apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays
